I remember when I first started thinking about going back to school and getting my MBA. I was working in government back then and found myself wanting to transition into a career in the private sector. The timing was never quite right until I realized that there was no “perfect” time to go back to school. I just needed to take that step forward for myself and my career. Although getting my MBA was certainly challenging, I loved it. I know that I made the right decision.
The thing about education and learning is that once you start, you find yourself wanting more. Maybe you’re looking to learn more about social media, so you can help your organization market goods and services more effectively. Perhaps you’re like me and you always wanted to study a new discipline and challenge yourself. The Social Media Strategist (SMS) certification could be a good fit for you.
Aren’t sure if SMS certification is right for you? SMS certification can help elevate your credibility by helping you differentiate yourself from the crowd. You’ll learn how to plan, execute and measure social media campaigns. You’ll also learn how to use the right tools for the right audiences.
If this sounds interesting to you, there are a few requirements you will need to meet before applying. Click here for more details.
I also encourage you to take our free Readiness Assessment to help you determine what support you may need as a candidate for SMS certification.
