About Our Leadership Team

Dedicated to providing the National Institute for Social Media (NISM) with a collective voice and purpose, while furthering the organization’s mission, the leadership team brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to this established organization. These individuals are committed to the advancement of NISM’s mission and goals through the certification, training and continued education of its social media professionals and public outreach to consumers. Additionally, each plays a significant role in NISM’s day-to-day operations, offering a variety of skills and experience within social media and commerce.


Executive Directors

Jennifer Radke, CEO
Jennifer RadkeJennifer Radke is a dedicated, passionate and strategic business leader with 15+ years in sales and recruitment management, leadership, coaching, development and training. Most recently, she was the owner and chief strategist at Socially Inspired, a social media training and consulting company.  In addition, she is an NISM-certified Social Media Strategist (SMS), serves on the board for Women Entrepreneurs of Minnesota and can be found speaking and presenting to job seekers and businesses alike, on how to better utilize social media in the workplace.  Jennifer believes that lifelong learning is the key to continued growth and your networks are the best way to expose yourself to new opportunities.


Shannon Gronemeyer

Shannon Gronemeyer is a global customer operations executive dedicated to improving the customer experience. He is the Founder and CEO of Customer Centered Strategies. His depth of knowledge and experience allows him to enable companies to create sustainable competitive differentiation through the quality of the customer experience they provide through operational analysis, strategic planning and organizational transformation.

Amy Jauman, CLO



Amy is a speaker, professor, and social media strategist who bills herself as “an educator for the business environment.” She focuses on using social media, experiential learning techniques, and online resources to make information meaningful to adult learners in traditional and remote business and educational environments. In 2017, she authored the NISM textbook Comprehensive Field Guide for Social Media Strategists: Master the Six Content Domains of the SMS Exam.

Amy has a Master’s Degree in Experiential Education and a Doctorate in Organization Development. In 2013 she became a certified Social Media Strategist (SMS) and Certified Instructor through the National Institute of Social Media (NISM). In March of 2014, Amy was accepted as one of 58 members representing 12 countries in the inaugural class of the Prezi Educator Society. She is also the marketing director the Minnesota chapter of the National Speakers Association (NSA).

Teri Kojetin, Administrative Services Manager


teriTeri Kojetin is a proactive and dedicated administrative professional with organizational, communication and customer service skills. She has 12 years of administrative experience working in diverse office environments. In addition, she has 5 years of experience with social media agencies in content marketing, writing and community management. She has been involved in non-profit charitable organizations in both a volunteering capacity and campaign management. Teri believes that providing all-around support to others, along with an attitude of learning and living out your passion, leads to fulfillment and success both for others and for herself.




Lisa Flowers



Lisa Flowers is an international business strategist, traditional marketer, social media evangelist and keynote speaker. She is Founder and CEO of Flowers Media Matters, a digital marketing and communications firm, specializing in connecting companies, cultures and countries. Their strategies help businesses find and use their voice to engage, influence and grow using social media.

Lisa teaches social media classes at DTCC in Georgetown and Dover as well as for NISM. She has been interviewed on a variety of topics by CNNMoney, Chase.com, CNBC Africa, BBC.com, BBC World Service, MTV, Delaware State News, NBC 10, ABC/WMDT 47, WBOC 16, Milford Chronicle, TV Continental, Africa Independent Television, Bankrate.com, NPR and other domestic and international media. Lisa lives an online life and can be found on most social media platforms as @LisaLFlowers. Bob Carver



Bob Carver is a National Institute of Social Media certified Social Media Strategist. Bob specializes in social media consulting, training, and content creation. Bob founded Carver Technology Consulting LLC in 2012. Bob emphasizes the combination of thorough planning, comprehensive training, and web analytics measurement and analysis to ensure social media campaigns are effective, measurable, and produce real return on investment. Bob and CarverTC also specialize content marketing campaigns for products, services, and brand or message awareness. Everything from planning, to content creation, to execution.

In addition to being a NISM certified Social Media Strategist, Bob a Google qualified individual. Outside of work, Bob is a family man, engaged with his community, and writes fiction in his spare time. 



Margaret Stewart



Margaret C. Stewart is an Assistant Professor of Communication Studies at University of North Florida (UNF) in Jacksonville, and a certified social media strategist and trainer for the National Institute of Social Media (NISM).  Dr. Stewart holds a Ph.D. in Communications Media & Instructional Technology from Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP) (2013) and a Master of Arts in Professional Communication from La Salle University (2007) in Philadelphia.  At present, her teaching responsibilities include instructing upper-level undergraduate courses in professional public speaking and social media.  Her research agenda focuses on social media and emerging communication technologies.  She primarily explores their interpersonal and organizational effects among military-affiliated and sports-athlete populations, as well as in crisis communication, fan engagement, and social listening.  

To date, she has published in Communication Reports, The Journal of Technologies in Society, Computers in Human Behavior, and the Journal of Communications Media.
