Melissa is an Associate Professor of Business Management and Marketing at The College of St. Scholastica with extensive experience in online teaching and learning.  She loves everything social (including online dating), as her husband found her on Match.com. They have two daughters and live in Duluth, MN.

She is an SMS through NISM, consulting with clients since her certification.  Melissa has worked in Digital Media at the Star Tribune (largest daily newspaper in the Twin Cities) and managed social media for small businesses. Her degrees range from Mass Communications to a Ph.D. in Organization & Management so it’s no surprise her favorite classes include Digital Marketing and Management Ethics.
