Position Summary

We are currently seeking a talented Senior Manager, Paid Media_ Programmatic and Social to join our Digital Marketing Team in a remote position in the US.

More about this role: Senior Manager, Paid Media -Programmatic and Social

This role will be responsible for leading the development of digital advertising strategies across the entire product and brand portfolio, creating cross-channel media plans that address both strategic and tactical aspects. The ideal candidate brings prior experience in planning and executing digital campaigns, along with strong analytical skills and effective communication abilities, leveraging consumer insights, data, and platform performance to inform integrated omnichannel plans.






Job functions include but are not limited to:

  • Maintain an understanding of client business goals and marketing objectives and translate them into digital objectives/strategies
  • Partner with Product and Brand teams to advise on channel/audience strategy and investment allocation across all digital channels
  • Drive the development of media campaign recommendations by providing strategic insight into the best channels and targeting strategies to support campaign KPIs based on sound strategies and research
  • Review, provide input, and act on campaign results and analytics, demonstrating the effectiveness of the media optimization, and articulating insights based on analytic data
  • Manage internal and external relationships while planning media campaigns across multiple channels
  • Understanding upper funnel [brand messaging, calls to action] and lower funnel [direct response, conversion] campaign tactics




Minimum Qualifications

  • 8+ years of Digital Media Planning, Buying, and Management experience in progressive levels of responsibility.
  • Experience and responsibility managing campaign budgets.
  • Extensive expertise in digital media platforms (Google DV360, Campaign Manager, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Amazon Advertising, TikTok, etc..)
  • Previous Leadership & Team Management
  • Demonstrated business acumen and a track record of success in the media services industry
  • Digital Marketing Certifications are a plus!
  • Bachelor’s degree ; 10+ years of relevant experience including 7+ years management or leadership experience
    Or Master’s degree; 8+ years of relevant experience including 5-7 years management or leadership experience.


Preferred qualifications:

  • Agency experience is highly desired for this role.
