Position: Social Media Specialist, Full-Time, Non-Exempt
Location: Ma’alaea, Maui
Pay: Starting at $21.74/hr

Role Overview
The Social Media Specialist is responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that support the organization’s overall goals and enhance brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing daily social media activities.
- Developing engaging content.
- Collaborating with influencers
- Analyzing performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Communication, PR, Journalism, or related field and/or 2+ years of experience in a Marketing role with exposure to managing professional social media accounts on a variety of platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, X).
- Strong understanding and proficiency in social media platforms and analytic tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite).
- Experience with photography, video and graphic design creation and editing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for storytelling.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative, team player with a can-do attitude.
