LHH is partnering with our San Diego, CA legal client to recruit a Social Media Marketing Coordinator to join their team on a permanent, direct hire basis. This role is heavily focused on creating social media content and monitoring and maintaining media channels while introducing new opportunities and collaborating with the rest of the marketing department on initiatives for successful branding. This is a great opportunity for those passionate about promoting great businesses and growing a brand by leveraging social media marketing.

This team is continuously expanding and wants the brand recognition for the firm to coincide, keeping social content up to date and fresh. They are looking for a creative self-starter that can provide new opportunities for content. This is a HYBRID opportunity in San Diego, CA. They provide a robust benefits plan and other unique perks, and compensation for this role ranges from $67,000 to $79,000 annually, dependent on level of relevant experience.

You will:

  • Serve as main coordinator, working to manage all channels’ content creation and copy within Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok
  • create engaging content including graphics, videos, infographics, blogs and more
  • Engage in company content, monitoring comments, responding and encouraging engagement and growing relationships with company followers
  • Stay up to date on social media trends and insights to adjust and optimize social media strategies
  • Support other marketing and business development efforts as needed, including research, event logistics, marketing collateral and other strategic campaign execution.

Your experience should include:

  • 2+ year(s) of social media content creation and management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • Strong design skills with experience photo and video editing (Adobe, Capcut, etc.)
  • Proficient in Google Analytics, Meta Analytics, Sprout Social or similar analytical campaign performance measurement tool
  • Excellent communication skills, able to manage multiple tasks and collaborate with the team effectively
  • Excellent listener, able to comprehend and execute manager expectations and feedback well
