Responsibilities

• Work simultaneously on multiple projects based on internal and external workload
• Create a variety of visual designs for social media including infographics
• Put together disparate elements of a design created by another professional, such as the icons, photographs, brand elements and other components necessary
• Strategize with our marketing and sales teams to create cohesive designs for social media that reflect both our agency’s and our clients’ corporate cultures and goals
• Develop and curate engaging content for social media platforms: FB, LI and IG
• Collaborate with marketing team to create a social media calendar
• Proofread – check and double check for errors
• Curating and managing social media content for our clients
• Assist in the creation and editing of written, video and photo content
• Maintain unified brand voice across different social media channels
• Monitor social media channels for industry trends

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Fine Art Design, Marketing or related discipline is preferred, but not required
• Extensive experience with Canva, Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign, specifically with print mockups, web design and multimedia presentation is a MUST
• 2+ years of experience in professional commercial design, B2C/B2B social media management, or content creation in general
• Experience working with Marketing Agencies is a huge plus
• Direct experience using social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprinklr, SOCi, FB, etc) is a huge plus
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and Zoom is a plus
• A solid understanding of both B2C and B2B marketing strategy
• Adaptive design eye and skills
• Great communication skills
• Ability to absorb and apply constructive criticism from peers and clients
• Strong portfolio required
