The Mike Ferry Organization is looking for a Social Media Coordinator!
This position will help enhance marketing strategies and develop online social media marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement. This includes identifying target audiences, creating content, and building campaigns to increase awareness, generate leads, and convert audiences on LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.
The individual will serve as the primary coordinator of social media communications, providing content, posting and development. The specialist will provide relevant content daily while tracking metrics and monitoring relevant conversations.
The position is Monday – Friday, 8:00 am 5:00 pm.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Daily management of all social media platforms; this includes monitoring, content creation, reputation management (rapid response) and customer service.
- Ability to convert social media traffic into sales leads, ability to increase social traffic and engagement.
- Develop, execute and leverage mobile and social media efforts to generate leads, grow market share and increase brand awareness.
- Engage with influencers, manage online community; experience with Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn and Instagram are required.
- Stay up to date with the ever-changing social media landscape; this includes keeping up with current trends, being aware of algorithm changes, and complying with platform specific policies and best practices.
- Develop and manage paid social media marketing campaigns that will integrate with the overall strategy of the marketing department.
- Maintain consistent system of measurement, reporting and evaluation of social media initiatives; analyze and report monthly on brand’s social media presence and progress.
- Proactive online reputation management to enhance and maintain the integrity of the MFO brand.
- Maintain consistent awareness of changes within the real estate market that will affect the sentiment of our target market.
- Support the marketing department in research, strategy and implementation of emerging forms of digital and social media.
- Self-motivated and passionate about everything digital and social media marketing related
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Required
- A minimum of 3 years of Social Media experience is required
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Advertising, Public Relations or related field (or equivalent work experience) is required.
- Knowledge of how social media relates to overall digital and web strategy.
- Working knowledge of paid social media advertising
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, fluency in English.
- Ability to work well independently on a daily basis.
- Must maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
Preferred
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Ads.
