Job Summary:

Icelaven is currently hiring a Social Media Coordinator for one of their companies, Audere Analytics! The Social Media Coordinator will be responsible for creating, scheduling, and monitoring social media content that drives engagement and builds brand awareness for our clients. This role involves hands-on content creation and audience interaction, while also offering light support in graphic design and basic website updates as needed. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and excited about growing their career in digital marketing.

This job is hybrid, with 3 days per week (Tuesday-Thursday) in our Anderson, SC office.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.

Experience: 1-2 years of experience in social media management, preferably in a similar role.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in key social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok).
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools.
  • Basic graphic design experience with tools like Canva; Adobe Creative Cloud experience is a plus.
  • Comfort with CMS platforms like WordPress for basic website updates.
  • Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Familiarity with social media scheduling in Hubspot.
  • Basic understanding of SEO best practices.
  • Knowledge of HTML or CSS is a plus but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management (80%)

  • Develop, curate, and schedule engaging content across social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Engage with our community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor social media trends, hashtags, and relevant news to create timely, relevant content.
  • Analyze social media performance through platform analytics and provide monthly reports on engagement, follower growth, and other KPIs.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align social media content with overall campaigns, goals, and events.

Graphic Design Support (10%)

  • Create or modify simple graphics for social media posts using tools like Canva, Adobe Express or Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Follow brand guidelines to maintain visual consistency and improve engagement across social media.

Basic Web Updates (10%)

  • Use a content management system (CMS) such as WordPress to make occasional updates to website content, such as posting blog articles or updating images.
  • Collaborate with the web team to ensure social media and website content are aligned.
