However, there will be occasional on-site requirements, such as attending video shoots, meeting with clients, and collaborating with the team in person to bring creative visions to life. We’re looking for someone comfortable with a hybrid work style who can easily transition between remote work and in-person engagements as needed.
About the Role: Social Media Account Manager
The Social Media Account Manager will be a strategic voice for our clients’ social media presence. This role requires a creative thinker who can translate brand vision into impactful social media strategies and nurture strong client relationships. From creating engaging content to analyzing performance, you’ll be at the heart of digital campaigns that drive brand growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Strategy & Implementation: Develop, implement, and refine social media strategies to increase client ROI and online engagement.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their brand needs and objectives to exceed expectations.
- Content Creation & Curation: Craft original captions and content for photo and video posts, ensuring brand consistency and audience engagement.
- Campaign Development: Conceptualize, plan, and execute digital campaigns, promotions, and giveaways to elevate client brands.
- Performance Analysis & Optimization: Set, track, and analyze KPIs for client campaigns, using data to optimize and adjust strategies as needed.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Kure’s creative team to plan video shoots, develop shot lists, and coordinate deliverables for seamless execution.
- Client Presentations: Present social media strategies and campaign results to clients, providing insights and clear recommendations for future growth.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide the Social Media Coordinator, providing strategic direction and feedback to enhance their contributions.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay current on social media trends, tools, and best practices, constantly seeking new ways to innovate and engage audiences.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Design email blasts and newsletters for select clients using Constant Contact or MailChimp.
- Ensure the visual aesthetics of client social media feeds are cohesive and compelling.
- Perform market research to keep clients at the cutting edge of social media trends and benchmarks.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in social media management, preferably with agency experience.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Skills:
- Advanced knowledge of platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and LinkedIn, including engagement algorithms and paid advertising.
- Proficiency in social media tools like Hootsuite or similar platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with exceptional grammar and caption-writing skills.
- Familiarity with Constant Contact, MailChimp, and a bonus for experience with InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, or Canva.
- Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, openness to feedback, an eye for aesthetics, and an organized approach to multitasking.
