PandaDoc is looking for a Senior Social Media & Content Manager to lead PandaDoc’s presence across all social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and emerging platforms). A typical day will include crafting posts & stories, planning & scheduling content, community management, and growing our followership. The ultimate objective is to increase PandaDoc’s brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition across various social media channels.

We’re looking for someone creative and content-obsessed with a mindset that’s consistent with the PandaDoc brand. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to work with multiple stakeholders, and can ensure all projects are executed within deadlines. As the Social Media Manager, you’ll be responsible for staying on top of industry trends and making data-informed decisions to deliver against clear KPIs. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and startup culture and is excited to set and meet aggressive goals.

The Social Media Manager reports to the Head of Brand and will work cross-functionally within the organization to further expand marketing efforts and develop our product and brand.

In this role, you will:

  • Drive organic growth for PandaDoc’s organic social media accounts
  • Build and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posts on all relevant social media platforms
  • Lead community engagement on all social channels, fostering and managing UGC and influencer content to amplify
  • Create, edit, and post engaging content, including graphics, videos, custom memes, and written copy, that drives engagement and conversion
  • Collaborate with customer teams to respond to comments and questions from our followership
  • Analyze data from social media platforms to identify and address areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure our social media strategy is integrated with other marketing efforts
  • Monitor industry trends and competitors to stay up-to-date on the latest social media developments, industry improvements, best practices, new trends, and research
  • Brainstorm, concept and pitch content that achieves goals and hits on real-time trends

About you:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role in a B2B tech startup or digital marketing agency
  • Passion for creating great written, visual, and video content aligned to brand, audience, and business objectives
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret social media data and metrics
  • Ability to think outside the box; must be an idea generator
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms
  • Basic graphic design skills (Adobe Photoshop, Canva, etc.) is a plus

The annual base salary range for this position is 90-115k.
