Role Overview: As a Marketing Manager at Influent, you will lead a team of vendors and contractors to develop and implement an extremely contemporary B2B marketing strategy.

You will oversee various channels, including paid media, outbound marketing, website, and partnerships. Additionally, you will oversee our marketing automation and marketing operations strategy with support from various vendors.

This role requires a broad understanding of B2B marketing with preferably a deep focus in modern AI-enabled outbound systems (Clay, Warmly, etc.).

You will be the linchpin to our growth strategy, utilizing a generous amount of resourcing to drive extreme growth for our company. You will report directly to the executive team and will work in close coordination with the Sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of vendors and contractors to develop and implement an extremely contemporary B2B marketing strategy • Build out an outbound marketing strategy using AI and data enrichment tools like Clay, Warmly, and RB2B                    • Oversee paid media channels, including managing a paid ads specialist

• Develop marketing automation and marketing operations strategy with support from various vendors

• Oversee a website redevelopment and rebranding project, including managing a web development team

• Collaborate with executive team on marketing strategy and report on marketing performance

• Must embody our core values (see below)

• 1-3 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably for an agency

• Broad experience across B2B marketing, ranging from paid to organic

• Broad experience with B2B marketing operations and automation (Hubspot, Zapier, etc.)

• In-depth knowledge of modern outbound marketing systems (Clay, Warmly, etc.)

• Extremely scrappy and highly passionate about modern B2B marketing strategies

• Highly organized, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to manage a team of contractors and vendors.

• Data-driven, capable of analyzing data and reporting trends to leadership.

• A self-motivated individual who thrives in a startup agency environment, comfortable with ambiguity and rapid changes. Core Values:
