The Job

Our Sales & Marketing team are an integrated group of professionals who work together to share the excellence of Hydro-Chem Systems with the rest of the world. We don’t draw silos or tell people to stay in their lane – curiosity, resourcefulness, and willingness to grab the bull by the horns are as important as your technical skills in this role.

The Marketing and Content Coordinator will be focused on daily execution of our marketing strategy and initiatives, which can be broken into three main duties.

  • Video Content – Sourcing, collecting, and preparing video files for editing and posting.
  • Social Media management: Maintaining Hydro-Chem’s social media accounts, preparing campaigns, gathering analytics, and driving engagement.
  • Graphic Design – creating and managing a variety of digital assets, including presentation collateral, flyers, brochures, white papers, and social media content.

Much of that work will be done on our HubSpot CRM platform, so experience with a CRM or OPM platform will be a big advantage. Other programs we utilize intensively include NetSuite, Illustrator, and InDesign.

You will also participate in regular Sales & Marketing meetings, where your expertise will be relied on and valued. You will contribute to strategy meetings, department planning, and other projects as they arise. Your work will be instrumental to maintaining Hydro-Chem System’s brand image and marketing pace. Essential Responsibilities 

  • Collect, organize, & prepare video footage for marketing use; conducting editing & postproduction work, coordinating with outside contractors as required.
  • Create and manage social media content across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X).
  • Create, update, and modify graphic assets for digital campaigns, presentation collateral, trade shows, white papers, etc., using Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, or comparable programs.
  • Create and support HubSpot efforts, blogs, email campaigns, case studies, sequences, and workflows.
  • Participate in Marketing sprint meetings to coordinate and plan campaigns, tasks, and timings.
  • Perform miscellaneous sales administration duties as required.
  • Performs other duties as necessary in support of business objectives. The intent of this position description is to guide the activities of the Marketing & Content Coordinator. Requirements

Educational Requirements/Experience Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or design preferred, 1-2 years of applicable experience accepted in lieu of degree.

Technical Experience: Social media management, Graphic Design (Illustrator & InDesign preferred), CRM utilization (Hubspot preferred), video editing.

Industry Experience: 1-2 years of marketing experience preferred.

Salary Description
$20-$23 per hour
