The Role:
The Digital Content Creator will brainstorm, develop, and generate content via video, photo, social media posts, etc. to enhance engagement and bring to life the LVCVA’s creative vision across leisure, business, and internal channels.
What You’ll Accomplish:

- Create compelling content and cover events while maintaining alignment with the destination’s brand voice, tone, and high-quality standards.
- Execute all aspects of video and photo production, including pre-production, on-site content capture, audio, lighting, and the delivery of final assets.
- Identify and share real-time opportunities for the brand to engage with.
- Work hand-in-hand with internal teams and the social agency of record to ensure the content aligns with the brand’s social, cultural, and marquee event programming.
- Explore and initiate content collaborations with marquee event partners, influencers, etc., to produce engaging content to reach new audiences and expand the influence of the brand.
What We’re Looking For:
- High School diploma required, a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Film, Graphic Design or related field is preferred
- Demonstrated experience in digital media with a professional portfolio to showcase past work
- Comfortable capturing both photos and video, whether on an iPhone or mirrorless camera
- Dynamic photo/video editing skills using Adobe Suite, CapCut or other programs
- Awareness of digital/social media trends, technology and best practices
- Possess a fervor for storytelling that is both dynamic and unconventional
- Able to draft authentic and engaging copy across all digital platforms
- Able to manage multiple creative projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
- Highly creative, collaborative, positive, and proactive
- Demonstrates a commitment to valuing differences among individuals and being inclusive
- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to pitch and explain creative ideas effectively
- Able to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and some holidays
