tms is a customer engagement agency with specialties in brand partnerships, promotions, loyalty/crm, and campaigns. We are looking for a naturally curious and adaptable strategist with robust creative and partnership experience to join our team.

You should be the type of creative strategist that can take insights and weave them into creative storytelling and ideas. You should be passionate about connecting brands and consumers, while using insights to deliver compelling strategic concepts. All candidates should be comfortable writing creative briefs, synthesizing research, and creating concepting and pitch decks.

We are specifically looking for a strategist with experience in brand partnerships and consumer electronics, and strong experience pitching ideas to clients. A passion for gaming, sports, music and culture will be essential.

What You Will Bring To The Organization

  • Supporting the Associate Director, Engagement Strategy on accounts by turning insights into platforms and ideas – creating and presenting strategic partnership platforms to clients
  • Building marketing plans, communication hierarchies, and audience breakdowns
  • Working with creative teams, media agencies, and account teams to bring strategies and concepts to life
  • Collaborating with the partnerships team to identify strategic partner opportunities, pitching platform ideas to partners, and working closely with them to refine and co-create the initiative
  • Staying current on industry trends and best practices across partnerships, consumer electronics, and cultural trends

Skills And Experience We Would Like You To Have

  • 3-5 years in digital strategy and marketing (partnership marketing preferred)
  • Agency experience required
  • MUST: Experience working with research tools such as Mintel, Simmons/MRI, Qualtrics, and more
  • Understanding of how partnership programs can be executed across multiple platforms (social, digital, events, etc.)
  • Experience pitching creative ideas directly to clients and partners
  • Experience working with creative teams by participating in concepting/brainstorming sessions and translating ideas into concept slides
  • Should be able to present complex ideas clearly
  • Fantastic presenter and storyteller
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Unafraid to dive into new platforms and acquire new knowledge
