Calabrio is seeking a highly-motivated and data-driven B2B digital marketing specialist to help build & manage paid media initiatives. This individual will play a key role in managing performance marketing channels (SEM, display, paid social, ABM). The role will be highly involved in ideation, creation & optimization for all SEM, paid social & display campaigns. You will report to the Sr. Digital Marketing Manager who oversees paid media & website.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Create, test and optimize paid search and paid social channels for new customer acquisition/ROI, including LinkedIn, Google, 6sense and Bing.
  • Maintain always on campaigns across all paid channels such as Google & LinkedIn.
  • Regularly execute keyword research to identify new SEM opportunities.
  • Create, Launch & ABM display campaigns on 6sense.
  • Measure, analyze, and report on all campaigns for effectiveness and ROI on a weekly & monthly basis. Build KPI dashboards to track daily & weekly performance of lead gen campaigns,
  • Use data and analytics to understand the target audience and personas, design experiments, develop campaign strategies, and drive execution of campaigns to achieve pipeline targets
  • Work hand in hand with campaign managers to execute on digital activities needed for campaigns
  • Work with Sr Digital Marketing managing to develop new paid digital strategy to grow pipeline and revenue.
  • Expand paid media into new performance marketing channels such as Capterra, Software Advice, content syndication


  • 2-4+ years of proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist/Manager or similar role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience running lead gen campaigns for B2B SaaS.
  • Expertise in managing and optimizing SEM & Paid Social campaigns
  • 2-4+ years of experience managing campaigns in Google ads
  • 2+ years of experience managing campaigns in LinkedIn Ads
  • 2+ years of experience running paid strategies for programmatic as well as account-based campaigns
  • Experience running lead gen campaigns in B2B SaaS.
  • Experience and knowledge in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Keyword Planner, Search Console, Looker Studio, Tag Manager, SEMrush etc
  • Proficient with marketing tech stack Salesforce & Pardot/Hubspot/Marketo.
  • Experience with inbound lead generation and conversion rate optimization.
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience with analytics tools to measure and report on campaign performance.
  • Experience using BI tools such as Tableau or PowerBI is a major plus.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
