Digital Marketing Specialist

Our team at LeadPoint Digital is currently looking for an outgoing Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing office in downtown Roanoke, VA!

An ideal candidate would thrive in a collaborative environment and is extremely detail oriented. The main responsibilities of the role are fulfilling digital marketing activities such as SEO, digital advertising, content management, social media management, email marketing, and more.

We offer training during the first three months of employment! Please note we would strongly prefer candidates to have previous digital marketing experience from internships or previously held positions. This position is full-time and in-person.

 

Some responsibilities include:

• Creating social media content and managing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
• Assisting with digital marketing tasks from a variety of clients across different industries
• Collaborating with colleagues on search engine optimization, utilizing tools like Google AdWords & SEMrush
• Analyzing social media or ad engagement to ensure client marketing goals are met
• Attend weekly marketing meetings to review marketing goals, tasks, deadlines, etc.

 

What we are looking for:

• Great attention to detail and organizational skills
• Outgoing personality with great communication skills, both written and verbal
• Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tools like Google AdWords, Canva, WordPress, and Facebook’s Meta Business Suite is preferred
• Digital savviness and willingness to learn new skills (we help you fill in any knowledge gaps!)

 

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or other related fields
• 1+ years of previous digital marketing experience, whether it be from an internship, project, or previous role is strongly preferred
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks while working in a fast-paced environment
