Creative Media Manager – Graphic Arts

We are looking for a detail-oriented, creative, and tech-savvy Creative Media Manager, Graphic Arts to join our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate will have strong graphic design experience with proven skills in Adobe suite, and various online technology platforms.

The primary responsibility of the Creative Media Manager will be to provide continuous support to the Senior Graphic Designer in maintaining the branding for each of our products as well as growing and maintaining a strong social media presence for each CMC Neptune product. The Creative Media Manager will report directly to the Senior Graphic Designer and will also work closely with the Director of Marketing and Communications.  Day-to-day activities will include, but not be limited to, the following:

Work with other creative team members to produce content (both digital and print) for external marketing such as various advertisements, newsletters, email assets, presentations, web banners, brochures, and posters
Contribute to brainstorming sessions for creative campaigns and marketing initiatives
Collaborate with other team members to ensure cohesive visual branding across all projects
Support in the preparation of artwork for production, including file formatting, and quality checks
Stay updated with design trends, tools, and software advancements to ensure the company’s visual content remains contemporary

Requirements

An industry-standard knowledge of Adobe suite.
Proficient in both Microsoft Suite and Google Suite.
Strong creative and conceptual thinking skills.
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
This position is based in our Tyler, Texas, headquarters office.
Strong preference will be given to candidates with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in graphic design.
