What will you do?

Implement strategy. Learn our clients’ audiences like the back of your hand. Then engage with them.

What are we looking for?

A creative and strategic thinker who can take an insight and transform it into an idea.

Responsibilities:

• Support with content creation
• Provide solutions for the organization to help deliver great work
• Manage client advertising projects based on proposals and budgets
• Help promote a company culture that encourages creativity, top performance and high morale by reinforcing standards and establishing new initiatives
• Track and chart trends to help the company plan for short and long-term goals
• Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company
• Support organizational communication and discussion around how to make our company and work better

We offer:

• Salary range: $50,000-60,000

• Remote-to-Hybrid Role, Thursdays in office in Lawrenceville
• Half Day Summer Fridays
