Tulsa Opera is seeking a social media coordinator to start immediately. This is a remote, part-time position of about 10 hours/week with occasional weekends/evening performances as needed. The pay is $15/hour.

The social media coordinator is a vital member of the Marketing team, responsible for promoting the Tulsa Opera brand and message through content creation and management for the organization’s social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and eventually TikTok), including graphic design, video editing, advertising, and regular reports and analysis of analytics. Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Communications, the Social Media Coordinator collaborates regularly with the Marketing and Development Manager, the Patron Services Manager, and other team members to develop and implement strategic campaigns to attract new followers, sell tickets, and build brand awareness for Tulsa Opera.

The primary responsibility of this role is content creation, social media platform management, and strategic use of analytics to grow all platforms.
