Primary Function
The Social Media lead will enhance our brand presence and customer engagement through social media channels with the recruiting team and implement effective marketing strategies that resonate with our target audience.
Principal Duties:
- Develop and execute social media and marketing strategies aligned with overall recruiting initiatives.
- Create engaging and relevant content for social media platform work with the recruiting and creative teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote recruiting initiatives.
- Foster engagement and interaction with job seekers through social media channels.
- Utilize analytic tools to measure the performance of social media campaigns; provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure all social media activities adhere to regulatory and compliance standards; stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in social media marketing.
- Performs related duties as assigned by management.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing or a related field.
- 3+ years’ experience in social media marketing and SMS campaign management.
- 5+ years’ experience with analytics tools for tracking and reporting on campaign performance.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends and best practices.
- Strong understanding of financial services industry, mortgage industry, experience a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with loan officers and sales teams.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content.
- Proficiency in analytics tools for tracking and reporting on campaign performance.
- Knowledge of regulatory standards related to social media and SMS marketing.
