Role Overview:

We’re looking for a Social Media & Graphic Design Coordinator to elevate our digital presence while supporting our recruitment efforts for exceptional matchmaking candidates. This is a dynamic role requiring creativity, organization, and a passion for storytelling through social platforms. You’ll work closely with the team to craft a compelling online presence that aligns with Linx Dating’s brand ethos.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Planning & Scheduling: Develop and manage social media calendars to ensure consistent, engaging content across platforms.
  • Content Creation: Draft captions, select hashtags, and create visually appealing posts using tools like Canva and Adobe Suite.
  • Graphic Design & Editing: Design high-quality graphics and edit videos for reels and other social content.
  • Platform Management: Post regularly on social platforms and maintain a consistent brand voice.
  • Website Support: Manage and update Linx Dating’s Squarespace website as needed.
  • Filming & Photography: Film content in person when proximity allows (SF/LA-based candidates preferred).
  • Candidate Recruitment Support: Collaborate with the matchmaking team to creatively market open opportunities and attract high-quality candidates through innovative campaigns.

What You Bring:

  • Proven experience in organic social media management.
  • Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Suite and Canva.
  • Familiarity with Squarespace website platforms.
  • Exceptional writing skills for drafting engaging and polished captions.
  • A knack for creative ideation and generating new content ideas.
  • Strong editing skills for both photos and videos.
  • Organizational skills to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • A passion for connecting people and building relationships, aligned with Linx Dating’s mission.
