Location: Remote on EST, 20 hours a week

Range: $40 – 43 per hour

We have an exciting remote opportunity in the Pharmaceutical industry! Our client is looking for a Social Media Designer to work with the External Communications team to design social posts for Corporate Reputation. The ideal candidate would focus on storytelling through the lens of an employee and include holidays, recognition days, rewards, and employee value proposition posts to reach potential hires, prospective partners, and existing employees.

Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging static and motion social designs for all social channels.
  • Collaborate on the creation of organic monthly content calendar.
  • Create campaign briefs, historical posts, credentialing/acknowledgments, company news, relevant evergreen opportunities, etc.
  • Leverage social listening to inform content opportunities, as well as elements that may include hashtag recommendations.
  • Work on standard (quote card, GIFs, etc.) and advanced/innovative (Live activations, creative video executions, cinemagraphs, Reels/Stories, etc.).
  • Team up to discuss balance of creative being delivered monthly (i.e. # of static vs video).
  • Embrace, understand and produce creative with very specific brand guidelines and become a steward of the guidelines.
  • Ability to create new, original assets within the brand guidelines as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelors.
  • 3-5 years of digital design experience.
  • Must have portfolio showcasing social media samples.
  • Experience with corporate/employee engagement social media posts.
  • Proficient in Adobe InDesign/Illustrator/Photoshop, Premiere/AfterEffects, Express, Frontify.
  • Ability to learn/follow brand guidelines is a must.
  • Skilled problem solver who is adaptable.
