Job Description:

Totally Rad is looking for a passionate and creative Social Media Coordinator to manage and grow the digital presence of Totally Rad Vintage Fest. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment. You’ll play a key role in shaping how our brand connects with vintage enthusiasts nationwide.

Specific Tasks:

• Develop and implement social media strategies that increase brand awareness and engagement across all platforms.
• Capture and curate engaging content — including posts, stories, videos, and graphics — that reflect our brand identity and connect with our audience.
• Manage the content calendar, scheduling posts for timely and consistent delivery.
• Monitor social channels and actively engage with followers to build community.
• Analyze performance metrics and insights to optimize content and strategy.
• Stay current with social media trends, tools, and best practices.

Knowledge & Abilities Required:

• Naturally curious and self-motivated
• Ability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to travel 30+ weekends in a calendar year
• Skilled in capturing and editing high-quality photo and video content on an iPhone
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Friendly and professional communication with attendees and staff
• Knowledge of vintage culture is a plus
• Basic Photoshop skills are a plus
