We’re now looking for a creative, motivated Social Media Coordinator to join our team and help expand our digital presence and brand voice across platforms.

Position Overview

As our Social Media Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for planning and executing social content that supports recruitment, culture, and brand awareness. You’ll work closely with recruiting and marketing leadership to craft engaging content and monitor platform performance to refine strategy over time. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to gain hands-on experience in a high-growth environment with the ability to contribute creatively and strategically.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and manage a social media content calendar focused on talent attraction, company culture, and brand storytelling
  • Develop and publish original content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok
  • Monitor analytics to assess performance, engagement, and audience growth
  • Collaborate with internal teams to feature employee stories, open roles, and key business milestones
  • Engage with followers and manage community interactions in a professional voice
  • Track content performance and provide monthly reporting with recommendations
  • Capture photos and short-form videos on-site for use in campaigns and reels
  • Ensure all content aligns with MortgagePros branding and tone

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience managing social media for a brand, company, or personal brand
  • Strong creative skills using tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
  • Understanding of platform-specific trends, especially Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Facebook
  • Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights, LinkedIn Analytics)
  • Photography experience and the ability to shoot/edit photo and video content is highly preferred 
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
