Now we’re looking for a Social Media Marketing Coordinator who’s equal parts creative, strategic, and obsessed with delivering value to our growing audience across Chandler Bolt’s and SelfPublishing.com’s social platforms.

What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you’ll be the heartbeat of our social presence—managing content calendars, creating platform-optimized posts, and actively engaging our community. Your north stars? Growing followers, increasing engagement, and driving revenue through organic content.

More Specifically, You’ll

Develop and manage a content calendar across all social platforms

✍️ Write and publish compelling, platform-specific copy (and repurpose like a pro)

Research audience behavior and trends to craft relevant, high-impact content

Run point on social lead magnets and organic funnels to drive conversions

Collaborate with our marketing team to integrate social with company-wide initiatives

Actively engage with our community—responding to DMs, comments, and mentions

Monitor performance analytics to spot what’s working and scale it

Brainstorm and test new ways to reach, engage, and convert—contests, collabs, and more!

  • You’ve successfully grown social accounts for a brand, agency, or creator

Compensation & Details

  • Full-time (40 hours/week)
  • In-person role based in our Westlake (Austin) office
  • Salary Range: $32,000–$60,000/year, based on experience and skillset
