Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Develop compelling and brand-aligned content, including images, graphics, videos, and written posts, that highlight the clients unique selling points and the benefits of shopping locally.
  • Social Media Management: Schedule, publish, and manage posts across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok, ensuring consistent voice and messaging.
  • Community Engagement: Actively engage with followers, respond to comments and messages promptly, and foster a positive online community.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on social media metrics to assess content performance and adjust strategies to optimize reach and engagement.
  • Trendspotting: Stay updated on social media trends, industry news, and emerging platforms, integrating relevant trends into content planning.
  • Collaborative Strategy: Work closely with marketing and sales teams to develop campaigns and promotions that drive foot traffic and VIP appointment scheduling.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in social media content creation and management, ideally within the automotive or retail industries.
  • Proficiency in social media tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, and Canva, and familiarity with analytics platforms.
  • Excellent written and visual storytelling skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Graphic design experience
