Job Description

  • Work to reinforce campaign initiatives, help to refine brand voice
  • Responsible for channel-specific strategy, planning, and maintenance of all organic social media across different brand properties: Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn
  • Track emerging organic social trends and identify new, innovative ways to evolve social strategies, grow our audience and drive meaningful conversions
  • Report on insights and performance, proactively making recommendations, updates and improvements based on findings.
  • Own Kane’s brand voice in organic social channels, reinforcing and driving brand advocacy

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience in social media at a DTC brand
  • Experience in the footwear or fashion industry is a plus
  • Management experience
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proven ability to take projects from high-level strategy all the way through to execution
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong presentation, planning, and analytical skills
  • Team player willing to work in fast-paced startup environment
