Marianne Hynd is a certified Social Media Strategist with a specialization in research & training.
Her journey in social listening & research began in 2007, when social media and review sites were emerging as a force businesses couldn’t ignore. From social listening programs to social media research, she has worked with B2C and B2B clients to make sense of and leverage social conversations for maximum digital success. Marianne received her Social Media Certification in May, 2018, and found the preparation course and subsequent certification to be an invaluable experience. It is one of many reasons she is excited to serve on the Advisory Committee.
