research & training. She has worked in social listening and intelligence for the
last 14 years, helping B2C and B2B clients make sense of and leverage social
conversations around their brands, products, and services.
Marianne has authored two courses for the National Institute for Social Media
and has presented several webinars on the topic of research and analysis as
well as consumer insights. She currently resides in the Chicago suburbs and
